At the age of 17 Laura was accepted into two of the most reputable universities in her native country of Venezuela, but instead of attending college she took the courage to move to the U.S. to learn English and explore a new culture. Well, life had more in store for her than she thought, and for the past 12 years Laura has made the U.S. home sweet home.
She prides herself in how well she speaks English and Spanish, allowing her to be comfortable in front of the cameras in both languages. One of her goals is to further her presence in the TV and film industry. You can see Laura's work on the internet, television, magazine ads and films.
Laura currently resides in Salt Lake City, Utah where she continues to develop her skills as a multimedia communicator. She also enjoys developing other skills; after obtaining her motorcycle endorsement she began to focus on aerial acrobatics (silk ropes, trapeze and aerial hoop).
Her love and passion for exploring new cultures has not ceased, she has traveled all over the U.S., South and Central America, Africa, Europe and the Middle East, emphasizing in learning more about human behavior, and the beautiful differences and similarities between cultures. She likes to think that traveling expands her knowledge and vision helping her become more and more a citizen of the world.
Laura is a self-proclaimed romantic who was born to live life to the fullest and love with her entire soul. She goes nuts over chocolate, pork rinds and coffee. She considers laughing one of her favorite sports and she is truly passionate about life, people and her work.
